Women of Achievement and Employer of the Year Awards Ceremony Help us celebrate National Business Women’s Week, October 19-23, by attending the Women of Achievement and Employer of the Year Awards Ceremony. DETAILS: Date: October 22 2009/2010 Board Meetings All members are welcome to attend. Winter Board Meeting Saturday, November 7th - Time and location to be determined - please bookmark this page and check back soon for an update. All Members are encouraged to attend. RSVP to Lori Mader, ljmader@comcast.net or 490-5254. All LO Presidents are required to attend or assign a designee to attend. If you are assigning a designee complete the attached document and send to Sue Lovering either by scanning/e-mail or via U.S. Mail her at sueluv@metrocast.net. This document needs to arrive to her before the meeting or have your designee bring it to the meeting. All members of Local Organizations may attend meetings of the Board of Directors and may discuss matters presented for action. However, the making of motions and voting are limited to the Board of Directors. Summary Version of Robert’s Rules of Order, which will be used to conduct the meeting, are attached.
